Important Info

Bookings

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

Please do not arrive early, I work alone with no reception and may still be with a client. If you are early, please message me.

Unfortunately, no children are allowed to come with you to your appointment. This is for health and safety.

Payments

I require a £10 non-refundable deposit for all treatments, to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from your treatment on the day. Please note that your appointment is not secure until a deposit is paid.

Payments for all treatments are to be made by cash or direct bank transfer only.

No Refunds are given. I will endeavour to rectify any concerns that may arise. Please message me within 48 hours to discuss.

Cancelling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel with 48 hours notice your deposit will be transferred to your new booking free of charge.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required for a future appointment.

Patch Test

A patch test is required for all brow and lash treatments, 48 hours before the appointment.
